Oversee the portfolio of technology initiatives across the CFO organization, understanding dependencies and linkages between initiatives; update the portfolio based on changing priorities, technology capabilities, and ongoing initiative status; present portfolio status in leadership meetings, highlighting issues and opportunities. Lead the integration of Automation and AI initiatives, including Generative AI, across the CFO organization; identify strategic opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Automation, and Agentic AI for process optimization and advanced analytics. Collaborate with Digital Nexus (IT) and CFO process owners to develop, document and maintain the consolidated technology strategy roadmap and portfolio for the CFO organization. Drive collaboration with CFO professionals and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions; provide leadership and act as a strategic business partner to Digital Nexus (IT) and other internal groups. Establish thought leadership by proactively researching Technology, Data, and AI trends; continuously recommend innovative solutions and improvements aligned with market developments. Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in finance technology transformation, Automation and AI, with proven leadership in process automation and improvement projects. MBA and/or advanced degree in computer science or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, or related field required. Experience with finance applications (ERP, EPM, data, reporting and analytics); strong business and technology acumen, understanding of finance and accounting processes, applications, system architectures, and data models; programming experience in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning model development. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders; strong project management skills, with Agile experience preferred. Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences; experience leading and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.
