As a Process Control Manager (R2R), you will lead the team to develop, deploy and share process control solutions, with a mission to create autonomous systems to adjust processes to improve process capability and increase yield. A successful candidate will coordinate resources to balance tactical and strategic projects while maintaining operational excellence and removing barriers to ensure commitments are completed on time. Regularly conduct 1:1 meetings with each team member to discuss performance, roadblocks, and career aspirations. Build paths for career development. Provide knowledge, resources and training (tools, systems, human resources, etc.) to enable the group\'s success. Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners in process and equipment development, IT, and the global network to support the team and enable solutions locally. Supervise key team metrics, set line-of-sight goals, and drive the team to meet business commitments and handle personnel issues in a timely and professional manner. Lead changes and improvements to the group while continually reviewing systems and solutions with the question, "How can I make this better?" Required Qualifications
A BS degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or an equivalent Micron job standing of Engineer or higher is required. 5 years or more of semiconductor manufacturing experience with a demonstrated understanding of process control systems. Authority in APC/R2R, sought out by others for training and guidance. Demonstrate partnership and collaboration through flexibility, desire to assist others, and displaying a positive demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present highly technical data. Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to drive sophisticated projects to completion. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with direct team and performance management. Demonstrate partnership and collaboration through flexibility, desire to assist others, and displaying a positive demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication; able to concisely present highly technical data.
