Develop and refine the product vision for specialized optional coverages through data-driven analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategies with company goals Execute strategic roadmaps focusing on customer needs, market opportunities, and profitability Manage the product development lifecycle and ensure alignment with customer needs Monitor product performance post-launch and conduct evaluations for improvement What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of experience in product management, P&C insurance, underwriting, sales, or a related field Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Experience managing product roadmaps and post-launch product performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to lead high-profile projects How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

MBA or advanced degree in a related field Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating property reinsurance agreements Expert in engaging in market research activities Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements and risk transfer mechanisms Proven track record of launching and optimizing insurance products We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
