Overview
IM Entry Level Analyst Program: Investment Grade Credit at Voya Investment Management. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide hands-on experience and formal development and training. The Analyst will assist Senior research analysts in day-to-day business of the Investment Grade Team. Getting to Know the Opportunity
This role is part of the Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) Entry Level Analyst Program. Position highlights and context are provided below to help you understand the opportunity and expectations. Key Responsibilities
Support fundamental research analysis and credit reporting. Communicate output of fundamental credit research with respect to the industries and issuers under coverage in a timely manner. Complete tear sheets as required and post research to Aladdin. Update IG team on sector news via Bloomberg chat. Follow rating agency and street research and communicate key points to senior analysts. Listen to and summarize earnings calls for analysts with multiple reporting companies in a day/week; draft commentary for analyst review. Under direction of sector analyst, develop summary industry financial models including Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet. Project key coverage and leverage ratios going forward; assist Senior analysts with performance attribution for tickers/sectors under coverage. Assist in Industry/ Sector Reviews; prepare data, analysis, slides for analyst review; support ESG efforts by accessing third-party ESG research and monitoring ESG alerts from the internal ESG team. Other responsibilities may include: run positioning reports, coordinate weekly/semiannual team meetings, monitor new issues, provide market data, help coordinate events, attend industry conferences, and leverage street resources to aid idea generation. Qualifications
Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2025 or spring/summer of 2026. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred). Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg. Solid quantitative skills. Very flexible and assertive nature. Able to work independently in a high-activity environment. Focused interest in asset management. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $70,000 USD base with a target bonus incentive award. Voya provides competitive pay and incentive opportunities. The base salary reflects the expected hiring range for the listed location(s); actual compensation may vary based on geography, experience, education, licensure requirements and skill level. Be Well.
