Our mission is to bring clean energy from Texas to power the world while valuing safety, integrity, our people, community, and the environment. Headquartered in Downtown Houston, we expect to double in size over the next several years as we complete the project, start natural gas trading, and ramp up LNG production. Once fully operational, Golden Pass LNG will be the second largest consumer of natural gas in the US, producing over 200 cargos of LNG annually. Job Summary / Purpose The primary responsibility of the AP & Settlements Support Analyst is to support the accounts payable and commodity settlements teams with billing, invoice processing, reconciliations, and metrics. The role involves vendor payable duties and supporting commodity settlements during high cycle periods, covering natural gas transactions, marine activities, and LNG and hydrocarbon sales. Collaboration with Finance, Commercial, Scheduling, and Supply Chain departments is essential. Essential Duties / Functions Process AP vendor invoices accurately and timely, entering details into SAP and Endur, and classifying expenses correctly. Perform monthly tasks, journal entries, account reconciliations, and support schedules, including expense allocations and payroll expenses. Manage billing activities across operational areas. Coordinate with departments for invoice approvals, verify accuracy, and ensure documentation standards. Contribute to metrics and monitoring, investigating pending or non-compliant items. Resolve invoice discrepancies, communicate with departments and vendors, and foster positive relationships. Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Handle special projects as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (preferred) Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP (preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Solid accounting knowledge Results-oriented, detail-focused, problem solver, self-starter Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams and with management Strong work ethic and commitment to company goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Other Details No specific certificates/licenses required Normal office environment No physical requirements Additional duties may be assigned; job may evolve with business needs; employment not guaranteed.
