Participates in establishing and implementing the company's commercial data strategy, governance, systems, and operational data management. Responsible for developing processes, systems, and tools to deliver data to a broad range of internal functional areas. Your Contributions
Directs the activities of a sub-function within the Data Management team Works on contracts with some or all external data suppliers Maintains an accurate inventory of all data assets Leads some or all of the following areas: data aggregation, commercial data warehousing, master data management solutions Leads regular data quality control (QC) standards and processes Leads the internal data governance process and communicates data-related issues to all key stakeholders Requirements
BS/BA degree in business, science or quantitative disciplines and 10+ years of experience in multiple data management and/or field operations support functions Previous managerial / functional management experience also required Requires a broad understanding of the processes, procedures, and systems used to accomplish the team’s work Demonstrated understanding of global commercial organizations Strong financial and analytical acumen and computer/systems skills Neurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/Disability/Vets employer. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
