oversees all fiscal and operational activities at the designated station, focusing on revenue growth, market share, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring profitable operations and compliance with policies and regulations Driving sales efforts and developing strategic customer relationships Managing site operations for maximum profitability and service excellence Monitoring P&L performance and adjusting strategies accordingly Leading, directing, and developing staff Maintaining safety standards and a professional work environment Qualifications include: Associate's degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience, preferably in transportation Management or supervisory experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage financials and external service providers This role requires periodic travel (up to 25%) and physical ability to perform essential duties in a typical office environment.
