Treatment Coordinator

Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family and a uniform allowance. $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday. How You’ll Make An Impact Welcome new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach. Review the patients' health and medical history and determine their goals for treatment. Assist in the Orthodontists examination, entering data and listening to the conversation between patient and doctor taking appropriate notes in the patient’s chart. Review the treatment plan with the patient and use the available tools to educate them on the available options. Close the sale, by working with the patient and/or responsible party to design financial payment plans that work for them and help our patients attain the beautiful smile they’ve always wanted. Generate correspondence from initial consultation and recall examinations for the referring dentist. Follow up with patients who are ready to start treatment. Act as a liaison between the doctor and any other dental specialists or general practitioner. Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics. Other duties as assigned. The Teammate We’re Looking For 1+ years of Dental or Ortho office experience considered an asset. Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset. Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset. Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly. Knowledge and experience with dental treatment plans and insurance requirements preferred. Certified Dental Assistant an asset. Knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients. Ready to join a team that values excellence, integrity, and community?
