SAP - Quality Management - QM - Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN — EY Location: Anywhere in the country. EY helps clients leverage SAP technology to improve operations, with capabilities spanning Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors. Your Role

In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. You will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. This role is based in anywhere in the U.S., with regular travel to meet client needs. Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Enhance and optimize the Quality Management (QM) process framework, proactively identifying and addressing any process discrepancies. Strategically design and prototype SAP QM solutions, leading discussions on functionality to support informed decision-making. Conduct comprehensive system demonstrations to highlight SAP’s standard capabilities, gaining stakeholder acceptance while identifying functional discrepancies or client needs. Interpret and convert local business needs into system configurations, ensuring SAP setups align with customer objectives. Scope reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows and other development objects to integrate client needs with SAP functionalities. Evaluate functional specifications documents to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with security teams to define and implement local security profiles addressing operational needs. Perform field and value mappings for data conversion efforts. Provide support and SME expertise during testing, cutover, and go-live activities. Demonstrate technical capabilities and maintain business acumen to contribute to project success. Facilitate cross-team coordination on integration points with PTD, LEX(IM/EWM), STP for seamless alignment across system components. Skills And Attributes For Success

Blend technical and interpersonal skills. Build relationships and communicate effectively to deliver excellent client service. Typical engagement involves understanding stakeholder needs, architecting solutions, blueprinting, testing, and configuring SAP and related systems. Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically, 4-6 years of relevant experience. 3+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems, focusing on Quality Management modules. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project teams. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-relevant advisory experience. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. Ideal Additional Qualifications

Experience managing client relationships and expectations. Background in technology analysis and implementation. Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core module. What We Look For
