This role works closely with operations, business development, and executive leadership to ensure all communications and proposals effectively reflect the company’s capabilities, values, and commitment to excellence. Our complete and diverse range of construction services includes gas transmission and distribution, electrical transmission and distribution, airport fueling facilities, industrial and special projects, telecommunications, and utilities. Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including planning, writing, editing, formatting, and final delivery of RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs. (RFP=Request for Proposal, RFQ=Request for Quote, SOQ=Statement of Qualifications) Collaborate with technical and operational staff to gather content and create persuasive, client-focused messaging. Maintain and update proposal content libraries, project descriptions, and marketing collateral. Analyze proposal outcomes and marketing performance metrics to improve future strategies. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing platforms. Other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in proposal development, marketing, or communications—preferably in construction, engineering, or professional services. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on persuasive and technical content. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with CRM systems and content management platforms is a plus. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with diverse teams under pressure. Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills. Physical Requirements

Primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites, industry events, or client meetings as required. Pay: $75,000 - $105,000 Annually, Depending on Experience Benefits
