Arc is building 100% electric boats from the ground up. We're rethinking every detail on the boat — from propulsion and powertrain to software and ownership model — applying first-principles engineering from aerospace and EVs to deliver a better boating experience.
We're looking for someone who's fired up by our mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you adapt quickly, take ownership, and care about the details. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.
Core responsibilities:
Managing
the end-to-end Arc Boat Company trade-in program to accelerate new boat sales and enhance customer acquisition Evaluating
trade-in vessels and maintaining current market knowledge to establish competitive and profitable valuation standards Coordinating
with prospective customers throughout the trade-in process, from initial assessment through final transaction completion Partnering
with wholesalers, consignment dealers, and industry networks to efficiently liquidate used boat inventory Developing
strategic initiatives and operational improvements to scale and optimize the trade-in program for future growth Supporting
all other revenue operations efforts, including reviewing and creating purchase agreements, helping schedule boat deliveries, and facilitating any additional activities that drive revenue generation at Arc Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience
in boat sales, marine retail, or boat dealership operations with demonstrated knowledge of vessel types, specifications, and market dynamics Deep fluency in recreational boating,
with specific expertise in wake/ski boats and center consoles, including a comprehensive understanding of boat brands, models, engines, features, and comparative market positioning Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
for managing customer expectations and broker/dealer relationships Multi-location or regional dealership experience
with exposure to diverse boat markets and inventory management across multiple sites Bonus Qualifications: Knowledge of boat transport and logistics coordination Background in wholesale auction platforms or online boat marketplaces such as experience with Manheim, ADESA marine auctions, or digital platforms like Boat Trader Pro Marine surveying experience or certification such as SAMS or NAMS credentials Comfortable pushing at a fast but sustainable pace Enthusiasm for boating and the water At Arc, we encourage diversity and consider all qualified applicants equally for employment, regardless of background, identity, or status.
