Store Manager: Focus on Spirit's guest with selling as the priority; ensure overall successful operation of the store while maintaining company standards. Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all Associates and Management; assess staff performance. Demonstrate knowledge of store products and use this knowledge to build sales; practice suggestive selling to increase multiple item sales. Lead by example with integrity, quality and timely execution in internal and external business practices. Merchandise the store following company directives and Supervisor’s instructions; prepare and maintain merchandise displays; operate with fiscal responsibility. Follow all Company policies and procedures; participate in store setup, daily operations, closing inventory and store close down. Adhere to weekly work schedule and be flexible to the needs of the business. Qualifications
Strong sales and service mindset with knowledge of Spirit product lines to support guest needs. Ability to supervise and develop Store Associates; maintain store standards and protect company assets. Experience with merchandising, inventory control and basic store operations; ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
