Spirit Halloween is now hiring Store Managers for the upcoming Halloween season.

Responsibilities
Understands and is totally sales and service focused on Spirit's unique guest. Selling is our priority.
Responsible for the overall successful operation of the store while maintaining company standards.
Supervises, recruits, trains, develops, coaches and communicates with all Associates and Management.
Assesses staff performance.
Demonstrates knowledge of store products and uses this knowledge to build sales.
Practices suggestive selling, offering every guest related items in order to build multiple sales.
Leads by example and maintains the highest standards of integrity, quality and timeliness in all of our business practices both internally and with our external partners.
Merchandises the store following company directives and Supervisor's instructions. Prepares and maintains merchandise displays.
Operates with absolute fiscal responsibility. Follows all Company policies and procedures.
Participates in store setup, daily operations, closing inventory and store close down. Adheres to weekly work schedule and is flexible to the needs of the business.
Assistant Manager duties: Understands and is sales and service focused on Spirit's guest; assists the Store Manager in the efficient and profitable operation of the store.
Protects company assets and physical inventory. Supervises Store Associates under the direction of the Store Manager.
Maintains store standards and merchandising following company guidelines and Supervisor's instructions.
Qualifications / Expectations
Demonstrates knowledge of store products and uses this knowledge to build sales.
Leads by example and maintains high standards of integrity and timeliness in business practices.
Follows all Company policies and procedures.
Participates in store setup, daily operations, and inventory processes.
Supports the Store Manager in maintaining store standards and merchandising displays.

While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise and will have an exciting retail Halloween experience, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator of the subject consignment store, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment.

Salary: $58,700.00 - $81,000.00
