Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of low voltage and network hardware installation projects for Aerwave’s managed Wi‑Fi solutions. Review and understand contracts and pre-sale deliverables (Sales Budget, Scope of Work, Design, Circuit Provider plan, revenue/conversion model) to ensure proper delivery of system and services. Plan, manage, and execute projects related to low voltage cabling and network hardware installations. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor and report project progress, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Coordinate teams across Aerwave (CSM, Engineering, Design, Sales, Leadership) as well as subcontractors and vendors to achieve project goals. Assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor/report performance; foster collaboration and clear communication among stakeholders. Mentor and guide new hires and the PM team. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of low voltage systems (structured cabling, fiber optics, etc.) and network hardware (routers, switches, access points); troubleshoot issues during the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership clients; provide regular progress updates, milestones, and risk assessments; address client concerns promptly and professionally. Track project budgets, manage procurement of equipment/materials/resources, and review/approve expenses, invoices, and change orders; monitor accounts receivable as necessary. Ensure site inspections verify work quality and adherence to Aerwave standards; document installations, configurations, and as-built drawings. Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve delays or conflicts; escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Create and update project plans and schedules, ensuring all in-scope items, tasks, responsibilities, and due dates are captured; ensure deliverables are completed and reviewed by SMEs; manage punch lists and closeout materials; conduct closeout meetings and capture lessons learned. Education/Experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience managing projects involving low voltage systems and network hardware installations. Strong understanding of structured cabling, fiber optics, and network hardware (routers, switches, access points). Familiarity with industry standards and best practices (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and technical documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in tenant finish-out project management, expediting, and logistics management; inspection and regulatory compliance experience. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other common software applications. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively; initiative and independence; professionalism and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications

CAPM/PMP or equivalent project management certification. Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+). Benefits
