Root Cause Analysis & Feedback: Lead efforts in analyzing endpoint telemetry, integrating feedback into testing processes to prevent recurrences, driving continuous improvements in product quality. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, and operations teams to ensure a deep understanding of customer use cases and infrastructure, embedding this knowledge into testing strategies. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define and track quality KPIs, focusing on customer-found defects, test coverage across the platform, and overall release quality. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing quality engineering team, ensuring the development of scalable and efficient test strategies.
