Deliver an outstanding customer experience with proactive communication and orchestrate appropriate internal resources to meet and exceed customer business goals Lead client onboarding for Adobe Advertising's integrations, focusing on adoption and utilization Review customer metrics to gain a deeper understanding of account health, draw conclusions, identify trends and potential risks, and drive value conversations with customers Apply understanding of customers' go-to-market strategy, goals, and gaps to spot and pursue opportunities for account growth and upsell Participate in cross-functional account planning (CP, Integrations, Sales, etc.), providing ideas to drive growth on accounts Communicate with customers on issues, gather information, persist, and collect data to solve problems Maintain up-to-date knowledge of related technology and clearly articulate business value Draw insight from customer feedback and raise awareness to product teams and others in the ecosystem on action-worthy feedback What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant work experience 5+ years of Customer Success / Client Services / Account Management experience in SaaS, Digital Marketing, Programmatic Advertising (DSP, DMP, Analytics) 2+ years of experience across the Adobe product suite, including Adobe Advertising and Adobe Analytics. Resume must list specific DSP and/or SEM platform experience/expertise Passion for driving customer success and measurable outcomes Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster partnership Strong consulting skills and proven results as a trusted advisor to drive business value Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure Excellent organizational, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills Existing knowledge of software in the digital marketing and/or digital media space Strong client relationship skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization Energy and enthusiasm to get results with a bias toward action Compensation and notices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. markets; the U.S. pay range for this position is $101,100 – $174,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share specifics during the hiring process. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission); non-sales roles as base salary with short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives such as a new hire equity award. State-specific notices
