Purpose As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will be a key driver of franchisee success, translating strategy into action and delivering measurable results. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Regional Director Operations to execute strategic initiatives that improve profitability, streamline operations, and elevate the customer experience across your region. Your mission is to empower franchisees through hands-on coaching, operational support, and performance focused guidance, ensuring every location operates at its full potential. With a passion for execution and a deep commitment to excellence, you’ll help franchisees bring the Edible brand to life in a way that’s both consistent and profitable, one store at a time. Location & Travel This is a remote location based in the Southeast region, with up to 75% travel required across the assigned region. Responsibilities

Conduct hands-on training sessions for franchisee teams on product preparation, presentation, customer service, and sales to drive revenue growth inside and outside the location. Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain the quality of products and service delivery. Maintain detailed records of training sessions, evaluations, and action plans. Prepare and submit regular reports to management on franchisee performance and training outcomes. Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape within your designated market, sharing insights and recommendations with the Director, Franchise Operations and franchisees to adapt their strategies accordingly. Provide P&L training and evaluation alongside the Director, Franchise Operations, to increase franchisee profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align strategies and achieve business goals. Work with the Regional Director of Franchise Operations to implement best practices and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and other key stakeholders within the region. Ensure compliance with Edible’s operational and brand standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards within the region. Identify, mitigate and report operational risks, implementing strategies to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment. Evaluate customer feedback and coach/train franchisees on how to best navigate the customer service landscape. Requirements

Franchise operations experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have partnered directly with 50+ franchise operators, particularly single-unit or small business franchisees. Proven track record in franchise or multi-unit leadership, regional operations, or a comparable role focused on achieving financial goals, operational consistency, and business growth. Demonstrated success in executing strategic operating plans and driving performance improvements across a franchise network or portfolio of locations. Strong financial acumen, including experience reviewing and analyzing P&L statements, identifying areas of opportunity, and offering strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region to support and engage with franchise operators in person. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Essential Competencies
