Position: Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) Office: Denver, CO; San Diego, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA Experience: 3–5 years of experience Who You Are
You are a high performer with 3–5 years of experience with the following: Products Liability Litigation (required) Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews Managing document collection, review, and production Causation and/or failure analysis Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings You have excellent written and oral communication skills You have strong case management skills, a strong work ethic, and a team‑oriented attitude You are an active member of the California or Colorado Bar Responsibilities
Perform products liability litigation tasks including drafting briefs, responding to discovery, conducting depositions, and handling expert interviews Manage document collection, review, and production Engage in causation and/or failure analysis Participate in multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings What We Offer
