As a Growth Marketing Analyst on the User Lifecycle Growth team, your mission is to drive actionable insights and measurable growth across the customer lifecycle. You will focus on optimizing user retention, engagement, and experience through data-driven decision-making and experimentation. This role is hands-on, technical, and highly collaborative, requiring a deep understanding of omni-channel strategies, customer behavior, and marketing performance analytics. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering timely, relevant messaging through channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app modals. Your insights will directly inform campaign design, experimentation, and execution—ensuring users are delighted at every stage of their journey with Payactiv. First, you’ll hypothesize

Collaborate with lifecycle marketers to design data-informed experiments and campaigns aimed at onboarding, engagement, and retention. Define testable hypotheses around user behavior and lifecycle touchpoints. Next, you’ll analyze

Dive into data from campaigns, funnels, and cohorts to evaluate performance and extract insights. Work with our data team to ensure quick, accurate reporting and learnings. Then you’ll optimize

Translate findings into new tests, refined targeting, and better personalization—constantly iterating to improve conversion rates, engagement, and long-term retention. Finally, you’ll evangelize

Share your insights across product and marketing teams, turning complex findings into clear stories that influence decision-making and accelerate growth. What You Need

1–3 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or lifecycle analytics. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, MoEngage) and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Pendo). Understanding of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical teams. Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for improving the customer journey through experimentation and data. Strong willingness to learn new tools, methods, and approaches Nice to Have

Experience with data integration tools (Segment, Stitch, Census). Exposure to growth loops, referral mechanics, or incentive-based campaigns. Background in fintech, consumer apps, or financial wellness products. Working knowledge in SQL and comfort with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar). What We Offer
