Slalom Flex (Project Based) – Business Analyst Location:
Remote supporting PST working hours Who You’ll Work With Our Delivery teams help organizations redefine what’s possible, shape the future, and deliver results on high-impact projects. We collaborate with clients to uncover business needs and drive transformative outcomes. What You’ll Do
Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements. Translate high-level concepts into structured deliverables such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user stories. Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover hidden needs and align expectations. Navigating Ambiguity
Operate effectively in environments with limited direction or evolving priorities. Ask the right questions to uncover root problems and define scope. Propose frameworks and hypotheses to guide analysis and decision-making. Business & Industry Analysis
Conduct online research and competitive analyses to inform business strategy. Evaluate business models and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. Communication & Collaboration
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build strong relationships across teams and functions. Adapt communication style to suit executive, operational, and technical stakeholders. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Consumer Psychology, or related field. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking. Experience conducting online research and industry analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with online targeted advertising platforms and performance metrics. Experience analyzing digital campaigns or customer behavior data. Self-starter, driven to work independently and with a team. Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience. Master’s degree or equivalent experience in consulting, market research, or strategy. Prior consulting experience. About Us
