Entry-Level Aviation Specialist based in Piscataway, NJ. Position is anticipated to begin Spring/Summer 2026. Hybrid work schedule with in-office requirements in Piscataway, NJ. Responsibilities
Building analytic and design skills. Conducting aviation design under the supervision of a market sector leader. Creating designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision. Collecting and analyzing data under supervision. Using computer software as a tool for solving basic design problems. Performing work in accordance with budget and schedule under supervision. Assist in tracking financials for projects and pursuits under supervision. The role includes business development duties such as: Demonstrating standard sales and business development principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Following established procedures and applying professional judgment to problems. Under direct supervision, work is reviewed for soundness of judgment. Preparing proposals and presentations and participating in pre-sales activities under supervision. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education. Preferred Qualifications: Drafting/CAD applications (MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D). Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with MS Office. Additional Information
Relocation assistance is not available. Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future. Hybrid work schedule with in-office work in Piscataway, NJ on a scheduled basis. Offered compensation will be based on location and qualifications. The expected range is USD 80,000 - 84,000 per year.
