Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products Leverage and build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence production at a global scale Brainstorm, define and build collaboratively with members across multiple teams Mentor other developers on web, backend, and data storage technologies and our system Continuously re-evaluate our product to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance and stability Own your work in a high-trust environment with autonomy The technology stack you’ll use includes: Go (Golang), AWS/GCP/Azure/Kubernetes, Kafka, Git, Cassandra, Docker, Redis What You'll Need

Degree in Computer Science (or professional experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems) Understanding of scalability and distributed systems (e.g., sharding, partitioning, concurrency) Team player with strong collaboration Engineering best practices including testing, peer code reviews, and resilient architecture Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-driven, collaborative environment Ability to meet commitments with high-quality, unit-tested, code-reviewed, CI-friendly software Bonus Points

Contributions to the open-source community (GitHub, Stack Overflow, blogging) Exposure to Go, Scala, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch Prior experience in cybersecurity or intelligence fields Experience in thinking about, designing, or implementing programming languages or compilers Interesting hobbies Benefits Of Working At CrowdStrike
