Overview
Customer Success Manager, Implementation role at Rapid Micro Biosystems (RMB). The CSM leads the successful implementation of the Growth Direct System, ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and adherence to budgeted revenues and regulatory requirements. The CSM is the primary customer contact from order receipt through Routine Use, requiring a deep understanding of the customer’s organization and ongoing alignment of services with customer expectations throughout the project. Responsibilities
Lead project timeline development and manage start to finish including budget, timelines, and quality. Monitor and address unmet customer needs; maintain and communicate project status to clients, sponsors, and senior management. Coordinate and prioritize project tasks; maintain project plans and ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. Manage risk and decision making to ensure successful implementation of assigned projects. Convey information to key stakeholders in written and verbal formats and use appropriate communication channels. Develop and monitor metrics to track progress toward business goals; understand dependencies across RMB functions. Build relationships across teams and with customers; demonstrate leadership and governance within the project team. Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. 5–8 years of project management experience; PMP Certification preferred. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Proven ability to solve problems creatively; experience with Pharma, cGMP and/or Quality systems is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers. Working knowledge of the Growth Direct system and related project management processes; ability to obtain SME expertise as needed. Education and Skills

Customer relationship building: act as RMB’s face to the customer and translate customer needs into actionable actions within RMB supporting organization. Needs assessment: conduct Kick-off and Site Assessment meetings to define customer requirements before implementation begins. Conflict management: resolve conflicts between internal teams and the client to maintain project quality.
