Job Summary: Join Acrisure’s NAS Broking & Binding Applications team, where we’re transforming the insurance technology landscape through data-driven innovation and platform modernization. As part of our dynamic group, you’ll help reimagine core underwriting and broking workflows, build scalable applications, and deliver impactful solutions that drive operational excellence across our specialty lines. Responsibilities:
Develop robust, scalable applications inside the Palantir platform, using modern frameworks such as TypeScript, React, and Angular. Translate complex underwriting and broking requirements into intuitive, data-rich user experiences that support decision-making and improve efficiency. Extend Palantir’s capabilities through custom modules, visualizations, and workflow enhancements tailored to Acrisure’s specialty insurance operations. Apply best practices in DevOps, cloud-native development, and software engineering to deliver maintainable, high-performance solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including underwriting, broking, and analytics—to support digital transformation initiatives and scale AI-driven capabilities. Contribute to demos and product iterations that showcase innovation in broking and binding workflows. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in front-end & backend development using TypeScript, React, Angular, .Net / C# or similar technologies. Experience with Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms. Preferred:
Experience with pipeline and application development within Palantir. Familiarity with insurance workflows, especially in underwriting and broking. Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership. Benefits and Perks:
