Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Palantir Deployment Engineer to join our growing team in Atlanta or Austin. Responsibilities: Translate complex insurance-broker workflows into scalable solutions on Palantir Foundry, AIP, and the Ontology. Design and implement data pipelines using Pipeline Builder and Code Repositories to build a robust, governed data foundation. Model the insurance business in the Ontology using objects, links, Action Types, and Functions. Build decision-centric operational applications using Workshop, OSDK, and Quiver, focused on business value and KPIs. Develop and deploy safe and effective AI agents using AIP Agent Studio, Logic, Evals, and Observability tools. Collaborate with Palantir’s FDSEs and internal domain teams to ensure scalability, reuse, and measurable ROI. Requirements Required Qualifications 5–10+ years of experience building data-driven products, with 2–4+ years hands-on in Palantir Foundry and AIP. Demonstrated success delivering production use cases in regulated or data-sensitive domains (financial services or insurance preferred). Strong coding experience in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript; SQL proficiency. Experience with event-driven architectures, API integrations, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code in cloud environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with Palantir Forward Deployed teams (FDSE/FDAIE/Deployment Strategists). Prior experience in the insurance domain, particularly in underwriting, placement, claims, or finance. Familiarity with ML/LLM concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation, agent design, and human-in-the-loop models. Demonstrated enablement leadership: building reusable templates, documentation, and coaching cross-functional teams. Education And Experience: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. Equivalent industry experience building production-grade data and AI systems accepted. Proven track record delivering business value via Foundry and AIP platforms in enterprise environments. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or certifications in cloud computing, AI/ML, data engineering, or solution architecture. Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, or similar distributed processing frameworks. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
