Overview
GEICO is hiring a Claims Liaison Manager to lead and develop the Claims Liaison team as a Manager. This role includes building a team of supervisors and associates to foster productive claims relationships with Independent Agents, Agent support staff, and our Claims divisions. The goal is to foster positive customer interactions across all product lines and improve the experience for both insureds and Agents. Key Responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Claims Liaisons, fostering growth and high performance. Guide the team in responding to Agent inquiries with attention to detail while delivering outstanding customer service. Review the work of associates, provide feedback, and recommend corrective actions to enhance service quality. Resolve procedural questions while providing technical guidance to the team. Participate in formal training and onboarding of new associates and supervisors. Interact with partners across Product, Sales, Underwriting, Service, and other divisions to ensure consistent communication and support for Independent Agents and their teams. Prepare and analyze reports on work volume, quality metrics, and team performance to drive improvements. Assist in developing plans and budgets to support departmental and organizational goals. Leverage technical and industry knowledge to handle complex claims and support the team in resolving challenges. Qualifications
2+ years of leadership experience in Independent Agent communication Claims knowledge of multiple products (Auto, Commercial, Motorcycle, RV, and/or Boat) Clear, empathetic, and professional telephone communication Ability to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts, and organize/prioritize effectively Ability to multi-task Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information Base pay
$91,225.00/yr - $172,200.00/yr Location
