Overview
As a Content Marketing Manager at Epsilon, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts through content strategy, SEO, website strategy, project management and digital marketing. This is an outstanding opportunity to craft our content strategy, ensure flawless execution of campaigns, and elevate our brand presence. You will identify content opportunities—rooted in key product messages, SEO & AIO strategy, and historical and external content analysis—, pitch confidently, and maintain the highest editorial standards.
You will successfully navigate complex advertising and marketing technology topics, turning them into digestible, educational content for the average marketer, all while coordinating projects the adtech/martech landscape, coordinating content projects from concept to completion. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work out of the Chicago office 2 days/week.
What You’ll Achieve
Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies for various product campaigns, including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, research reports, infographics, and videos. Lead content creation efforts for product teams by developing yearly content plans that highlight key messages and align with overall marketing objectives. Manage our SEO strategy in conjunction with our website team and collaborate with our SEO team and external agencies to manage and implement a robust SEO strategy plan that supports our inbound marketing efforts. Build and manage website copy for specific product areas and broader topics, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice. Partner with the design team to produce innovative, market-leading content assets. Support central content marketing initiatives such as Publicis Epsilon Pulse and PR opportunities, tailored to product and vertical ownership areas or vertical needs. Develop, build, and implement engaging case studies in partnership with the wider content marketing team. Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
3-5 years of experience in a content marketing role within a marketing team. Proven ability to write and edit various content formats, including research reports, infographics, blog posts, executive bylines, eBooks, video scripts, and webinars. Outstanding writing and editing skills with a portfolio of samples. Strong relationship-building skills, able to handle feedback and adjustments with a clear point of view. Intellectual curiosity to surface insights and use this knowledge to think creatively about solutions. A change agent who views ambiguity as an opportunity and thrives on challenging conventional thinking. A problem solver who makes things happen and collaborates effectively to build constructive relationships. Proactive initiative, readily volunteering for tasks, seeking self-development, and taking independent actions and calculated risks. Some design expertise or the ability to evaluate creative output in relation to marketing objectives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in journalism, English or marketing with an emphasis on content marketing or a related field. Previous experience at a B2B AdTech/MarTech company.
