will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s enterprise data strategy, ensuring that data is managed as a strategic asset to drive business transformation, analytics, and AI adoption at scale. This role will oversee enterprise data platforms, governance, quality, and services that enable data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation across the organization. This leader will play a critical role in advancing the company’s digital agenda and empowering business units with trusted, high-quality, and accessible data. Responsibilities
Define and execute the enterprise data strategy aligned with corporate goals and digital transformation priorities. Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making and self-service analytics across business functions. Build and scale enterprise data services (Customer 360, MDM, APIs, metrics) leveraging Snowflake and modern data platforms. Lead the evolution of a composable enterprise data architecture, delivering reusable, governed data products and services. Establish data governance policies, standards, and stewardship frameworks to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance. Oversee data quality monitoring, remediation processes, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, SOX, etc.). Provide frameworks, tooling, and training to democratize data usage and accelerate analytics and AI adoption. Partner with executive leaders, data scientists, and engineers to maximize the business impact of enterprise data. Build and lead a high-performing enterprise data team spanning engineering, governance, architecture, and operations. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement while aligning data strategy with IT and business roadmaps. Qualifications
12+ years of leadership experience in data, analytics, or IT, with at least 5+ years in enterprise-scale data management. Demonstrated success in building and operating enterprise data platforms across cloud, hybrid, or on-prem environments. Deep knowledge of modern data architectures, including Data Mesh, Data Fabric, MDM, and metadata management. Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, and Collibra. Proven experience establishing and scaling governance frameworks in complex, global environments. Track record of enabling business transformation through data-driven insights, analytics, and AI. Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage and align C-suite stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s preferred. MissionStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
