Site Analytics Associate – Amazon / DTC Ecommerce. As Ecommerce Analytics Associate at Stokke, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth across our digital commerce channels. Supporting our brand-owned website, retailer dropship platforms, and Amazon marketplace, you’ll combine advanced analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to help shape Stokke’s ecommerce strategy. This role reports to the Director of Ecommerce, North America, and is based in the U.S. About the Company

Develop analytics frameworks to uncover performance trends and guide ecommerce strategy across DTC and Amazon. Conduct segmentation, predictive modeling, and attribution analysis to inform marketing and merchandising decisions. Track, analyze, and report performance using GA4, BigQuery, and related tools. Manage web analytics tags and tracking via Google Tag Manager. Deliver insights on customer behavior and campaign performance (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, organic channels). Optimization & Automation Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting processes, upholding compliance with data privacy policies. Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to share insights and KPIs across business units. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytics workflows. Partner with site merchandising to evaluate content performance and recommend optimizations. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Impact Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align analytics with commercial goals. Build clear, visual storytelling presentations that communicate data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Liaise with third-party data providers, agencies, and retail partners to expand analytics capabilities. Contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement through data. Qualifications

Education Required : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Experience Required : 5+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles. Strong working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, and ecommerce performance metrics. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical tools (Python, R, or SAS). Experience with visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Proven ability to distill complex datasets into strategic recommendations and clear business impact. Special Requirements : Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sharp attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication—able to “translate” technical insights to business leaders. Strong time management and multitasking ability; experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Passion for digital commerce, customer behavior, and performance-driven strategy. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
