The role is committed to discovering new biomedical and health services knowledge to improve healthcare accessibility and effectiveness. Responsibilities include evaluating and applying standard scientific techniques, adapting methods as needed, and communicating findings effectively. Essential Job Functions:
Establish research objectives and methodologies, designing procedures requiring advanced technical skills. Conduct research projects, analyze data, and interpret results. Define problems and develop possible solutions in line with research goals. Communicate project results to principal investigators clearly and effectively. Supervise research staff, providing technical guidance and overseeing tasks. Potentially submit training grants as Principal Investigator with a faculty mentor. Publish and present research findings as an author or co-author. Lead or train research staff and postdoctoral fellows. Design, develop, and maintain research equipment for experiments. Review scientific literature and identify appropriate internal controls. Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D., M.D., D.O., or D.V.M. in a related field; no experience required. Additional Information:
