Model-Based Systems Engineer (Mid Level) role at G2 Ops, Inc. Location: San Diego, CA, at our G2 Ops office and customer site. Work setting: In person, with some remote opportunity and/or flexible hours; not a fully remote position. Responsibilities

Develop executable system architectures, build new MBSE capabilities, and support high-visibility Navy and DoD programs. Serve as both a technical contributor and mentor, leading engineers while directly engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure delivery of resilient, integrated solutions. What you will bring

Proven experience using MBSE methodology to develop executable architectures, system models, simulations, and analysis Daily hands-on work with SysML and MBSE tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders to align MBSE solutions with program objectives Ability to manage digital engineering initiatives and deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams Ability to identify and build new MBSE capabilities within programs and organizations Strong understanding of UML, SysML, and systems modeling standards Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline Qualifications & Requirements

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Ideally, an active DoD Secret level clearance. Prior experience with DoD programs is advantageous. Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: Based on relevant experience, education, and certifications. 5+ years: $115,000+; 8+ years: $135,000+. Notes: ranges vary by opportunity, experience, and other factors. Benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee to $28,000 for an employee and family. Company-wide performance reviews and recognition awards are in place. Company & Culture
