Conduct quality assurance reviews of account activities, including trading, deposits, withdrawals, and public domain activity, to ensure compliance with IBKR policies. Analyze and summarize data and trends to advise management. Perform quality assurance on regulatory filings. Identify process improvements and streamline current procedures. Review trading data for suspicious activities or patterns. Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Trade Surveillance or related compliance roles. Proficiency with technology and understanding of its application to regulatory problems. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Relevant certifications such as ACAMS, CFE, CFCS, Series 7 are a plus. Candidate Profile
