We seek a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who aligns HR strategies with business objectives, drives organizational effectiveness, and fosters a high-performance culture across diverse geographies. The HRBP collaborates with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development to build a resilient, future-ready organization. Through HR metrics and trends analysis, the HRBP informs strategic decisions and enhances employee engagement and retention. The role spans global contexts, enabling change management with clarity and purpose across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards CoEs.
Responsibilities
Provide full-cycle strategic HR services with responsibility for directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, and procedures for the functions
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and team dynamics
Coach leaders on organizational initiatives, processes, and change management
Facilitate leadership development initiatives for managers and their teams
Empower leaders to make independent, informed people decisions within company policies and frameworks
Challenge leaders on people decisions with strategic ambition in mind
Advocate for development and deployment of top talent into critical positions
Collaborate on delivering integrated HR solutions with a global perspective, supporting change management initiatives
Engage in opportunities for international collaboration and career growth
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR role within the energy sector
Experience in complex, matrixed multinational environments
Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced, evolving environments
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) preferred
