Overview

Director, Performance Marketing at Auctane. Responsible for driving mid and lower-funnel customer growth by building a diverse acquisition strategy to drive leads, trials and subscriptions across all Auctane products globally (Stamps, Endicia, ShipStation, ShippingEasy, ShipEngine and GlobalPost). Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, this role collaborates with Data and Analytics, Brand, Finance, Sales, Product/Engineering, Partner Marketing and Demand Generation to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes. The position is a critical revenue driver in a fast-paced environment that values problem-solving, data-driven decision making and business outcome focus. Responsibilities

Drive global customer acquisition and revenue growth for each brand using channels such as Paid Social, SEM/PPC, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Affiliates and Direct Mail. Build and develop a high-performing team with a culture of results orientation, experimentation and continuous learning. Collaborate with the Director of Media and Top-of-Funnel acquisition to craft a cohesive marketing strategy across the customer lifecycle. Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies using data, analytics and A/B testing to inform decisions, identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns for growth and CLV/CAC. Champion a test-and-learn agenda, refining existing tactics and identifying new channels and strategies with a measurable impact and scalability. Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to boost marketing outcomes via automation, landing page optimization and CRO. Work with Finance to manage budgets, optimize spend, forecast channel performance monthly. Routinely report performance and strategic direction to the CMO and Leadership and secure resources to achieve company-wide goals. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field required. 10+ years of experience building and optimizing channels such as Paid Social, SEM, SEO, display, TV, radio/podcast, affiliate, influencers, print, and direct mail. 5+ years of people management experience, developing exceptional marketers. Disciplined in both B2B/SaaS and B2C marketing; proven international acquisition experience. Experience implementing industry best practices for performance marketing; strong analytics and data-driven problem solving. Proficiency with content/creative selection, demand generation, performance marketing and channel marketing. Strong technical skills with various marketing tools; excellent communication and ability to translate data into insights. Collaborates effectively with stakeholders across the organization and is a strong storyteller. Experience sourcing, evaluating and managing partner agencies. Desirable

Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA (optional); B2B/B2C hybrid experience. Technology and Tools
