Overview
Analyst II, Epic at DaVita Kidney Care. Epic Analyst II works to build and support one or more Epic modules for live and implementing customers, primarily in a remote environment. General Information about the Epic CKD Team: DaVita Physicians Solutions has partnered with Epic to maximize physician satisfaction and improve outcomes for Chronic Kidney Disease patients. The tools and support are used by nephrology practices to manage CKD patient populations, promote better outcomes, interoperability, and revenue cycle management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Incident and request resolution: monitor ServiceNow, follow up with requesters for additional information, update status, document notes and resolution, manage team-owned work queues and error logs, and participate in on-call responsibilities. Implementation support: assist in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, build, testing, and go-live phases; support users and training teams with build fixes and workflow design questions; document and migrate builds; collaborate with end users and internal partners to understand issues, design solutions, and explain workflows; engage with third parties to define, build, test, and troubleshoot integrated workflows. Upgrade, enhancement, and special projects: support Epic upgrades, assess needs, complete builds, test, and assist training teams with change content; learn future EHR trends to support high-value builds in areas such as Value Based Care, regulatory programs, integrations, and interoperability for nephrologists and their practices; document and migrate builds. Other duties as assigned: mentoring and training of Epic team members. Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 4 years of Epic Build Analyst experience Bachelor’s Degree Two or more Epic Build Certifications, including: EpicCare Ambulatory (required), Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, Security, MyChart Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM) Preferred
Knowledge and experience in Epic Community Connect, Nephrology/kidney care, and project scoping/management Proficiency with Epic tools such as Nova and Sherlock; Product/Project Management tools such as Asana, Product Board, JIRA/Confluence; Microsoft Office products Travel & Time Requirements
Travel up to 25% for visits to customer practices, team meetings, conferences, and training Occasional nights and weekend work during onsite trips or to support urgent issues What We’ll Provide
