We’re hiring a program manager to drive high-impact technology initiatives that transform Starbucks’ supply chain and retail operations through intelligent, scalable systems. This role is deeply embedded in engineering and product delivery, leading efforts to build real-time inventory platforms, automate SKU transitions, and deploy location-based assortment optimization tools. As a program manager, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs. Apply expert-level program and project lifecycle management practices. Navigate enterprise systems and vendor relationships. Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels. We’d love to hear from people with: Experience leading multi-disciplinary technology initiatives. Expert-level program and project lifecycle management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Technical fluency across enterprise systems. Experience managing external vendors and suppliers. Business domain knowledge in inventory and retail operations.
