Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for making your store a success. An 8 or more week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success. Training and Development

High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from the steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot with high noise levels. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities and to manage conflicts/difficult situations is required. Equal Opportunity Employer
