Your Career As a Technical Marketing Manager for our Cortex Cloud platform, you’ll be the hands-on technical expert who brings our Cloud Security products to life—transforming powerful capabilities into clear, compelling experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams. You’ll create and deliver high-impact outbound technical assets—including demo videos, technical blog posts, solution guides, and hands-on workshop content designed to educate, engage, and inspire. Your Impact Create and execute a technical marketing plan for Cortex Cloud Develop and deliver compelling technical demos, videos, and walkthroughs that showcase Cortex Cloud’s capabilities in real-world scenarios Create hands-on content such as capture-the-flag (CTF) challenges, technical workshops, and lab exercises for customer events and field enablement. Write deep-dive technical blog posts, tutorials, and how-to guides to explain features, use cases, and integrations. Present product overviews, best practices, product demos, and threat research in virtual webinars and at in-person events, seminars, and executive briefings. Serve as a technical SME for Cortex Cloud, working closely with product management to influence roadmap and feature prioritization. Support pre-sales and customer success teams with technical enablement content and field-facing tools. Collaborate with marketing to ensure technical accuracy across product messaging, campaigns, and field assets. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a technical marketing, product management, product marketing, or sales engineering role, ideally in cybersecurity Strong understanding of cloud security, (e.g. CNAPP, CSPM, CIEM, DSPM, CDR, etc.) and application security. Bachelor’s degree required, technical degree or equivalent education is desirable Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, from industry conferences to customer briefings Experience building and delivering technical demos, videos, and workshops Excellent technical writing skills—able to explain complex topics clearly and concisely to technical audiences Confident with experience presenting to both technical and business stakeholders Strong understanding of the competitive landscape for CNAPP, CDR and application security solutions.
