University of Minnesota is seeking a

Assistant/Associate/Full Professor

to serve as an Endocrinologist, providing clinical services to support the expansion of our Endocrinology programs across various complexities. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with the goals of the University of Minnesota, M Physicians, and M Health Fairview to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Practice Highlights

Collaborate with the Endocrinology service line medical director and other leaders to oversee and organize the Endocrinology care program within the clinic, ensuring best practices and care standards. Join a network of 16 academic and 2 community Endocrinologists, along with advanced practice providers across community clinics. This full-time position (1.0 FTE) includes outpatient clinical care (0.85 FTE), 3-4 weeks/year of inpatient consults at UMMC, and 15% academic/educational duties involving teaching fellows, residents, and medical students. Practice at the CSC (1-2 days/week) and an M Health Fairview community clinic (2-3 days/week). Provide comprehensive care for conditions such as diabetes, osteoporosis, and disorders of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid glands. Opportunity to collaborate with other Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism colleagues. Conduct patient consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, medication management, and referrals. Participate in leadership meetings and explore additional research and teaching opportunities. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Endocrinology fellowship program. Board certified (or eligible) in internal medicine and endocrinology by ABIM. Licensed or able to obtain medical license and DEA in Minnesota, with credentials for privileging. Legal work authorization in the U.S. and compliance with VISA requirements. Pay and Benefits

Salary begins at $55,000, dependent on academic effort, with additional clinical salary through UMP. Total compensation is competitive and benchmarked against AAMC standards.
