Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing Operations What You'll Do:
Be a Strategic Partner:
Work side-by-side with operations and transportation leaders to analyze performance, identify cost drivers, and surface insights that improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
Elevate Forecasting & Planning:
Build and refine robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across functions.
Improve the Metrics that Matter:
Audit and enhance data sources, KPIs, and reporting tools to ensure we're measuring what drives the business forward.
Deliver Clear, Actionable Analysis:
Prepare high-impact reports that connect financial performance with operational levers—translating trends into next steps.
Build Real-Time Visibility:
Develop dashboards and tools that keep financial and operational performance at our fingertips.
Support Strategic Initiatives:
Run ad hoc analysis and financial modeling to support business cases, investment decisions, and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate to Optimize Spend:
Partner with cross-functional teams to align spending with strategic priorities, identify savings, and support smart growth.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA a strong plus).
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, in manufacturing operations, logistics, or a high-growth environment.
Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Proficiency with financial and data tools—Excel, ERP systems, data visualization platforms (Hyperion, Power BI, or Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus).
A curious, analytical mindset—you challenge assumptions, connect the dots, and spot what others miss.
Strong communicator who can simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
