Job Summary The role involves ensuring program participants receive services promoting personal and economic independence, skills to obtain and maintain permanent housing, and living in well-maintained units.

Details

Pay: $25.49/hour, approximately $53,000 annually

FSLA: Non-exempt, overtime eligible

Location: White Plains, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM

Essential Functions Responsibilities include enforcing program policies, screening and admitting clients, developing housing plans, providing counseling and referrals, maintaining a resource network, assisting with direct services, conducting regular housing inspections, and maintaining documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred. Extensive experience may substitute.

Minimum two years’ experience in related fields such as mental health, homelessness, healthcare, or housing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.

Ability to formulate simple budgets and perform home visits.

Strong reasoning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
