Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

dentsu Overview: We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and creatively minded Senior Marketing Manager to enhance and amplify our brand, client, and corporate marketing programs across dentsu—with a focus on advancing the Carat brand. You will report to the VP, Client Marketing.
Responsibilities
Website Management (40%)
Oversee strategy, production, and optimization of agency websites and landing pages, ensuring understanding of goals, brand standards, and user experience best practices.
Define and direct homepage and content strategy (solutions, leadership, thought leadership, case studies, press, blogs), while guiding the CMS specialist on execution.
Collaborate with partners to scope, plan, and deliver larger digital plans (e.g., microsites), ensuring integration across the dentsu ecosystem.
Organic & Paid Social Media (30%)
Manage channel strategy and recurring posting across LinkedIn and Instagram, tailoring content to brand tone and audience needs.
Partner with design/content teams to develop creative assets, write/edit copy, and lead amplification strategies for high-priority campaigns, executives, and events.
Monitor and report on performance, using insights to evolve content pillars (brand storytelling, partnerships, events, client wins, thought leadership).
Content Ideation & Campaign Development (20%)
Collaborate with content, comms, and design partners to shape compelling narratives across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Support development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for events and launches, spanning pre-, during-, and post-activation.
Ensure all content reflects dentsu's brand voice, standards, and positioning.
Reporting and Insights (10%)
Oversee dashboards and campaign reporting, sharing insights to inform digital, social, and content strategies.
Provide recommendations to optimize performance and enhance brand impact.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or brand strategy
A proactive mindset with an eye for creative opportunity and a passion for amplifying great work
Portfolio of work across web, social, and campaign marketing
Writing and editing skills, especially for digital platforms
Experience managing content workflows across multiple partners
Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), social scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout, Sprinklr), and analytics dashboards
Salary & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
