The Senior Controller Role At a Glance

Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls. Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership, driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across divisions. Oversee ERP implementation, monthly closings, and reporting accuracy. Manage cash flow, audits, tax, compliance, and insurance/bonding programs. Provide leadership to the finance team, support capital planning and M&A activity, oversee inventory control, and handle union relations and audits. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications for the Senior Controller

BS in Accounting 8+ years senior/financial leadership experience in construction with job costing, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, and work in progress Demonstrated experience with streamlining processes Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling #INSEP2025 #ZRCFS Seniority level
