Develop and deliver HR operational plans for assigned client groups in line with strategic HR and One HR imperatives
Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and people managers, advising on:
Talent & Development
Organizational Design
Change Management
Strategic Workforce Planning
Industrial Relations
Drive implementation of corporate HR policies and practices to support employee and organizational development
Lead/support organizational design and global change management projects
Provide coaching to managers and employees to strengthen leadership and talent pipelines
Partner with managers to activate employee survey action plans and sustain engagement
Deliver annual HR processes (performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent reviews)
Apply data analytics to generate insights, solve business challenges, and inform strategy
Contribute to communities of practice within the HRBP Agile Team and support cross-country/cross-functional projects

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of HR management experience (HRBP or HR Consultant roles in a global organization preferred) Strong experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development In-depth knowledge of HR processes in dynamic, global environments Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage large projects and navigate ambiguity independently
Preferred
HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent) Experience with agile organizations or ways of working Previous HR leadership or consulting experience
