Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5+ years of HR management experience (HRBP or HR Consultant roles in a global organization preferred) Strong experience in organizational design, change management, and talent development In-depth knowledge of HR processes in dynamic, global environments Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage large projects and navigate ambiguity independently

Preferred

HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent) Experience with agile organizations or ways of working Previous HR leadership or consulting experience
