Hr Generalist

Human Resources Generalist Length: Contract To Hire Step into a dynamic, hands-on HR role where no two days are the same. This position is all about building strong connections, supporting a diverse workforce, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, industrial environment. You’ll be the go-to resource for employees and managers, guiding them through policies, compliance, and best practices while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Partner closely with operations teams to align HR strategies with business goals. Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and compliance issues. Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and proactive employee engagement initiatives. Support key HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, training, and policy implementation. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Contribute to projects that impact multiple business units, from process improvements to training design. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. At least 2 years of HR experience across multiple functional areas (employee relations, labor relations, benefits, training, recruitment). Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is a plus. Pay Details:

$37.00 to $40.00 per hour Benefit Offerings:
