Own the design, implementation, and support of our core enterprise infrastructure. You’ll lead VMware virtualization, Windows Server, networking fundamentals, SQL support, SAN storage, backups/DR, and enterprise server hardware.**Responsibilities:*** Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS clusters).* Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP.* Support Microsoft SQL Server (configuration, backups, basic tuning assistance).* Monitor/troubleshoot network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls – basic/intermediate).* Manage SAN storage (Dell EMC/NetApp or similar): provisioning, LUNs, multipathing, performance.* Install/maintain enterprise server hardware (Dell/HPE/Lenovo).* Implement and maintain backup/DR solutions (e.g., Veeam/Commvault).* Partner with InfoSec on patching, hardening, and monitoring.* Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, SOPs.* Participate in on-call rotation and provide escalation support.* Collaborate with app/DB teams for reliability and performance.**Requirements:*** 5+ years in senior infrastructure/systems engineering.* Strong hands-on VMware vSphere/vCenter; expert Windows Server.* Working knowledge of SQL Server (basic DBA tasks).* Solid networking fundamentals (L2/L3, firewalls, load balancers).* SAN experience (setup, zoning, LUNs, multipathing).* Server hardware troubleshooting & lifecycle mgmt.* PowerShell (nice to have).* Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent).* Strong troubleshooting; calm under pressure; multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.**Education & Certifications*** Bachelor’s in IT/CS or equivalent experience.* VCP, MCSA/MCSE, or CCNA strongly preferred; ITIL is a plus.**Preferred*** Hybrid/cloud exposure (Azure/AWS).* Backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault).* Security best practices (patch mgmt, least privilege).The base salary range for this role is $100,700 to $151,100.

This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
