Member Relationship Manager (onsite in Sterling, MA)
The Member Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall success of the branch. This includes developing and inspiring the team to build and maintain member relationships and to achieve all performance goals. The Member Relationship Manager oversees branch operations and compliance to applicable policies, procedures and regulations. As a member of the credit union’s management team, the Member Relationship Manager represents the credit union in various community activities and organizations. Primary Responsibilities:
Performs functions to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to members served by the Credit Union. Responsible for leading and managing the daily sales and operations of the branch to include depository, lending, and facilities ensuring adherence to credit union policies and procedures. Conducts periodic performance reviews, provides coaching, training, development, and motivation as needed. Ensures efficient, effective, and courteous delivery of member service. Leads and manages sales and member service activities with a focus on retaining and deepening member relationships and attracting new members and businesses. Completes all member requests including onboarding new members, opening deposit and loan accounts, and servicing requests. Responsible for overall branch operational tasks including audits, cash settlements, and daily recap. Responsible for providing annual budget information and ensures the branch meets established budgeted goals. Creates and maintains a branch marketing strategy/plan and identifies competition, opportunities, and strategies to market All One within assigned area. Oversees branch security to ensure it is in conformance with the Credit Union’s security program and procedures. Keeps current of credit union policies and procedures, products, and services, and related industry and regulatory developments. Represents All One through various community events and organizations and actively develops new business and promotes the Credit Union within the community. Models All One’s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion and fosters an inclusive work environment. Adheres to All One Credit Union policies and procedures and responsible for compliance with regulations. Secondary Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with currency transactions reporting requirements and monitors documents and procedures. Ensures proper upkeep of assigned branch equipment and provides for routine maintenance of operational equipment and systems. Participates in assigned task forces or committees within the Credit Union. Supervisory Responsibility:
The Member Relationship Representatives and the Member Relationship Assistant Manager report directly to this position. Work-Life Balance, Benefits & Compensation:

The salary range for this role is between $76,143.80 - $95,179.75. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors as permitted by law. Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Five years of experience in retail banking and consumer lending along with strong knowledge of banking products, services, operations and compliance. Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a team. Excellent sales skills and proven ability to build and maintain member relationships. Must have exceptional communication, decision making, analytical and organizational skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
