Lead the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies for implementing device service programs across Amazon's Last Mile fleet of vehicles in North America. This role will create and optimize business processes for device service, managing objectives around uptime, customer experience, and service cost. Key job responsibilities include: Design and implement scalable supply chain strategies and operating models for device service programs across hundreds of locations Create and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from concept through design, testing, implementation, and scaling Develop innovative solutions to complex device service challenges while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency Lead significant cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the retrofit supply chain network Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology implementation Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers Create and maintain performance metrics and analytics to drive data-based decisions Identify and mitigate long-term risks before they become roadblocks A day in the life: Amazon is looking for a Supply Chain Mgr., Device Service to design and execute strategies to optimize service performance for our growing count of vehicle tech devices to support safety, delivery performance, and delivery service provider satisfaction. Basic Qualifications
Requirements: 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market.
