Supply Chain Manager, Device Service

Lead the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies for implementing device service programs across Amazon's Last Mile fleet of vehicles in North America. This role will create and optimize business processes for device service, managing objectives around uptime, customer experience, and service cost. This leader will work across multiple internal stakeholder groups as well as external partners to raise the bar for Amazon's Last Mile Fleet. Key job responsibilities: Design and implement scalable supply chain strategies and operating models for device service programs across hundreds of locations Create and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from concept through design, testing, implementation, and scaling Develop innovative solutions to complex device service challenges while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency Lead significant cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the retrofit supply chain network Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology implementation Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers Create and maintain performance metrics and analytics to drive data-based decisions Identify and mitigate long-term risks before they become roadblocks A day in the life Amazon is looking for a Supply Chain Manager, Device Service to design and execute strategies to optimize service performance for our growing count of vehicle tech devices to support safety, delivery performance, and delivery service provider satisfaction. This leader will work with internal product owners, third-party manufacturers, and third-party service providers to expand service capacity in the device repair space, drive performance in quality of repair and speed of turnaround time. Basic qualifications: 5+ years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Bachelor's degree Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of driving process improvements experience Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. for more information. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
