A Site Reliability Engineer acts as a professional responsible for monitoring, protecting customer applications, and taking charge of operational tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of a system. They are responsible for monitoring, automating, and improving the reliability, performance, and availability of any applications. Mandatory requirements include working experience as SRE Lead or Techno function role as Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at a customer work location in the e-com/Retail domain, as well as working knowledge of Production Application Support. Required skills

include: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support experience in eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Blue Yonder, or other e-com solutions/platforms Hands-on experience in Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Dashboarding, and reporting using tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, or New Relic Knowledge of SRE principles, including Logs, metrics, availability metrics, uptime, ticket tracking, e-com services, and ITIL framework specifically on Alerts, Incident, change management, CAB, Production deployments, Risk, and mitigation plan, SLA, SLI Ability to lead P1 calls, brief customers about P1, and proactively gather leads/customers into P1 calls till RCA Knowledge of working with Postman Experience building and executing SOP, runbooks, handling ITSM platforms like JIRA, ServiceNow, or BMC Remedy Ability to work with Dev teams, cross-functional teams across time zones, and generate WSR/MSR by extracting tickets from ITSM platforms to present to customers and L7 leaders
